welcome. you've made it to "choke". this is the first single i will be sharing from an upcoming album. the album is about grief, loss, and how to live through it - it’s called "in living memory". i have thought a lot about what it means to live in memory of someone or something that is now gone. when does your head go under the waves? when does it have to in order to come back up for air? choke is a song about a specific kind of stuck feeling. when you're in the midst of life and you feel like you're in death. that being said I don’t want it to freak you out. Actually, I hope it helps you ride the waves.
